Prices quoted are for UK delivery only....any overseas orders will have a £5.00 delivery charge added per item ordered.  
  
All my items are handcrafted by myself to order, and may vary in small details, making each item unique to you...please allow up to 14 working days for dispatch during busy periods. (Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive, and do not include weekends).  If you would like something for a specific date, please ask and I will do my very best to help!
After an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, with the details of your order...please check your junk mail folder if you have not received it.

I may use a photograph of the personalised item you have received on my website, to show ideas of the wording and decoration available.  If you would rather not have your item shown on my website, please let me know by sending me a message via the contact me page.
 
Items and decorations may vary in detail from the photos shown.
 
I will personalise the items EXACTLY as requested so please check that all spellings and detail are correct before placing the order.  If you realise a mistake after the order has been placed, please let me know as soon as possible.
 
Items are posted using the Royal Mail.  I usually post via first class post, which generally takes 1-2 working days although it can vary.  Larger orders may be sent using Royal Mail standard parcels which can take 3-5 working days.  Please be aware that I have no control over the timescale of delivery once your parcel has been posted.  Royal mail state that a parcel needs to be missing for 15 working days (Monday to Friday) before a claim can be made.  If you have not received your parcel, please contact me after the 15 working days have passed and I will be happy to chase up the claim and send out a replacement.
 As many of my items are made of wood, there may be naturally occurring knots, grain patterns and colour variations, which help to enhance the beauty of the wood.
Many of my items are fragile so I ensure the items are well packaged to prevent breakages during transit.
 
I allow returns within 7 days or receipt of goods providing they are posted back to me in original condition.  Buyer must pay for postage costs and I will refund the full cost of the item.

In compliance with distance selling regulations, you have 7 days from receipt of your item to cancel your purchase.  Please email me at the above email address with any questions or queries.
 
  Unfortunately I am unable to allow collection of orders from my home address.
 
 
In the event of items being damaged in the post, I will be happy to replace the damaged part.  Please contact me as soon as possible on receipt of the product with any queries and I will be happy to help! 
 
In the unlikely event that I have made a mistake with the order, I will replace the item as soon as I can.  Again please contact me as upon receipt of the item to resolve any issues.
